5.3. Custom-made or personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless defective.
5.4. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.

6.1. Our 92.5 silver jewelry is hallmarked as per BIS standards.
